Our Beliefs
The Word of God
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, divinely inspired and without error. Written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and that it has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
God
We believe that there is only one living true God… The eternal triune God reveals himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence or being.
God the Father
We believe in God the father, who is perfect in Holiness, infinite in power, wisdom, forgiveness, and love. We believe that he concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men; that He hears and answers prayers; and that He saves from sin and death all who come to him through Jesus Christ.
God the Son
We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, and teachings. We believe in His substitutionary atoning death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, perpetual intercession for His people, and personal visible return to earth.
God the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Sprit is the Spirit of God, fully divine… He exalts Christ. He convicts men of sin, of righteousness and of judgment. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Christ, and that He is an abiding helper, teacher, friend, and guide.
Salvation
We believe that all men are sinners by nature and by choice, and are therefore are under condemnation. We believe that those who repent of their sins and trust in Jesus Christ as Savior are regenerated by the Holy Spirit.
The Church
We believe in the one true Church, a living spiritual body of which Jesus Christ is the head and all regenerated persons are members. We believe in the local Church, consisting of a fellowship of baptized believers who are committed to worship, service and fellowship.
The Family
We believe that God has ordained the family as the foundational institution of human society… Marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment or a lifetime. The husband and wife are of equal worth before God, since both are created in God's image. Children, from the moment of conception, are a blessing and heritage from the Lord
